One area of expertise here at Schaffer Precision is the custom machining, manufacturing, fabricating and welding of a wide range of oilfield products, including sub-assemblies and full systems. Schaffer Precision has the knowledgeable engineering staff to work with your custom AutoCAD drawings, as well as designs in PDF of DXF format. Our in-house custom manufacturing capabilities include large CNC (computer numerically controlled) lathes and mills, CNC multifunctional turning centers, NC (numerically controlled) precision plasma, flame cutting heavy fabrication and welding, to name a few, meeting and exceeding the extremely stringent specifications of the oilfield industry. Small production quantities of one or two to production runs in the thousands are no problem for our extensive in-house capabilities, both in terms of staff and equipment. Just-in-time (JIT) delivery for your components is also available from Schaffer Precision, eliminating the need for you to keep oilfield products in stock.
