Schaffer Precision Machine Shop has the experience to
machine some of the most sophisticated geometry in a
wide range of exotic materials such as Inconel 718,
titanium, Monel K-500, MP35N, super duplex, stainless
steel, carbon and aluminum. Schaffer Precision provides
exotic plastics such as Peek, Vespel, Teflon, Nylon,
Delrin, and a host of other composite materials.
Schaffer Precision Machine Shop has machining
capabilities ranging from 4, 5, and 6 Axis CNC
multifunction turning centers handling up to 30”
diameter, 3 and 4 Axis CNC vertical machining centers.
Precision CNC plate machining to 5 ‘ x 10’; precision
micro drilling to .015 diameter; production milling,
drilling and tapping machines along with NC sawing, cold
sawing and manual machine tools. |
